Question 1

What do rear end 2020 HONDA PASSPORT models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 23 recorded sales of the 2020 HONDA PASSPORT with rear end damage, the median was $7,150, from $5,000 to $10,500. That is 20% above the $5,950 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,500 a good price for this 2020 HONDA PASSPORT?

Accepted Answer

330 comparable 2020 HONDA PASSPORT listings sold at auction for a median of $5,950, spanning $3,975 to $9,000. At $8,500 this one went 43% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this HONDA PASSPORT sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 HONDA PASSPORT's pre-damage retail value at $23,887. It sold for $8,500 — 64% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this HONDA PASSPORT from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in MI - WAYLAND. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 550 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $475-$650, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 88,467 miles high for a 2020 HONDA PASSPORT?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 HONDA PASSPORT listings at auction averaged 71,027 miles across 330 sales, so at 88,467 miles this one sits 25% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does a clean title mean for this HONDA PASSPORT?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 HONDA PASSPORT was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.
