Question 1

What do front end 2021 HONDA PASSPORT models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 354 recorded sales of the 2021 HONDA PASSPORT with front end damage, the median was $6,300, from $3,650 to $9,000. That is 6% below the $6,700 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,500 a good price for this 2021 HONDA PASSPORT?

Accepted Answer

699 comparable 2021 HONDA PASSPORT listings sold at auction for a median of $6,700, spanning $3,900 to $9,900. At $5,500 this one went 18% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This HONDA PASSPORT sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this HONDA PASSPORT from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in MD - DUNDALK. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 40 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does a salvage mean for this HONDA PASSPORT?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 HONDA PASSPORT was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 6

Is 31,425 miles high for a 2021 HONDA PASSPORT?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 HONDA PASSPORT listings at auction averaged 60,268 miles across 699 sales, so at 31,425 miles this one sits 48% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
