Question 1

What do normal wear 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 11 recorded sales of the 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY with normal wear damage, the median was $3,875, from $3,500 to $6,100. That is 5% below the $4,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,300 a good price for this 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

1556 comparable 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY listings sold at auction for a median of $4,100, spanning $3,100 to $6,600. At $6,300 this one went 54% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a dealer only clean title mean for this HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY was sold on a dealer only clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

How far is this HONDA ODYSSEY from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in NC - RALEIGH NORTH. The nearest major vehicle export port is Charleston, roughly 280 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$325, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 126,473 miles high for a 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY listings at auction averaged 108,189 miles across 1556 sales, so at 126,473 miles this one sits 17% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "RUNS AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUNS AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
