Question 1

What do rear end 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 282 recorded sales of the 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY with rear end damage, the median was $6,100, from $3,950 to $9,200. That is 2% above the $6,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,200 a good price for this 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

2075 comparable 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY listings sold at auction for a median of $6,000, spanning $3,800 to $9,150. At $3,200 this one went 47% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a non-repairable mean for this HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY was sold on a non-repairable. That is the most restrictive category: in most US states the vehicle cannot be retitled for road use and is intended for parts or export only. Import rules vary by country, so check locally before bidding.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

This HONDA ODYSSEY has rear end and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 185,771 miles high for a 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY listings at auction averaged 110,570 miles across 2075 sales, so at 185,771 miles this one sits 68% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
