Question 1

What do front end 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 24 recorded sales of the 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY with front end damage, the median was $5,525, from $4,300 to $7,225. That is 35% above the $4,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,725 a good price for this 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

1544 comparable 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY listings sold at auction for a median of $4,100, spanning $3,150 to $6,700. At $5,725 this one went 40% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this HONDA ODYSSEY sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY's pre-damage retail value at $19,883. It sold for $5,725 — 71% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a salvage (minnesota) mean for this HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

This 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY was sold on a salvage (minnesota). A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

What does "Run & Drive" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

Run & Drive is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 106,544 miles high for a 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY listings at auction averaged 107,784 miles across 1544 sales, so at 106,544 miles this one sits 1% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
