Question 1

What do right front 2023 HONDA ODYSSEY models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 28 recorded sales of the 2023 HONDA ODYSSEY with right front damage, the median was $12,000, from $7,300 to $16,900. That is 6% above the $11,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this HONDA ODYSSEY from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NY - BUFFALO. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 160 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

This HONDA ODYSSEY has right front and right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Is 18,535 miles high for a 2023 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 HONDA ODYSSEY listings at auction averaged 40,645 miles across 979 sales, so at 18,535 miles this one sits 54% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Who sold this 2023 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Did this 2023 HONDA ODYSSEY come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with right front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
