Question 1

What do rear 2020 HONDA ODYSSEY models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 49 recorded sales of the 2020 HONDA ODYSSEY with rear damage, the median was $7,100, from $4,050 to $10,350. That is 12% above the $6,350 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,200 a good price for this 2020 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

1206 comparable 2020 HONDA ODYSSEY listings sold at auction for a median of $6,350, spanning $3,750 to $11,200. At $9,200 this one went 45% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This HONDA ODYSSEY has rear and right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Is 42,493 miles high for a 2020 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 HONDA ODYSSEY listings at auction averaged 79,881 miles across 1206 sales, so at 42,493 miles this one sits 47% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Who sold this 2020 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Did this 2020 HONDA ODYSSEY come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
