Question 1

What do side 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 242 recorded sales of the 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY with side damage, the median was $6,000, from $3,800 to $8,800. That is 1% above the $5,950 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,000 a good price for this 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

2170 comparable 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY listings sold at auction for a median of $5,950, spanning $3,750 to $9,100. At $7,000 this one went 18% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This HONDA ODYSSEY sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How much below its undamaged value did this HONDA ODYSSEY sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY's pre-damage retail value at $22,009. It sold for $7,000 — 68% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 5

Where was this HONDA ODYSSEY located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at COPART in AK - ANCHORAGE. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY was listed at COPART as lot 53666673 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
