Question 1

Was $3,525 a good price for this 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

2113 comparable 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY listings sold at auction for a median of $6,000, spanning $3,800 to $9,150. At $3,525 this one went 41% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 2

How much below its undamaged value did this HONDA ODYSSEY sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY's pre-damage retail value at $20,291. It sold for $3,525 — 83% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 3

What does a other (california) mean for this HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY was sold on a other (california). The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 4

Is 1 miles high for a 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY listings at auction averaged 110,740 miles across 2113 sales, so at 1 miles this one sits 100% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

This HONDA ODYSSEY has front end and suspension damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Did this 2018 HONDA ODYSSEY come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
