Question 1

What do front end 2023 HONDA HR-V models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 908 recorded sales of the 2023 HONDA HR-V with front end damage, the median was $6,200, from $3,900 to $8,600. That is 7% below the $6,700 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,500 a good price for this 2023 HONDA HR-V?

Accepted Answer

1979 comparable 2023 HONDA HR-V listings sold at auction for a median of $6,700, spanning $4,050 to $10,000. At $5,500 this one went 18% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This HONDA HR-V sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 HONDA HR-V. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 72,013 miles high for a 2023 HONDA HR-V?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 HONDA HR-V listings at auction averaged 39,275 miles across 1979 sales, so at 72,013 miles this one sits 83% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does a salvage title mean for this HONDA HR-V?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 HONDA HR-V was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.
