Question 1

What do front end 2023 HONDA HR-V models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 886 recorded sales of the 2023 HONDA HR-V with front end damage, the median was $6,200, from $3,900 to $8,600. That is 7% below the $6,700 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,000 a good price for this 2023 HONDA HR-V?

Accepted Answer

1929 comparable 2023 HONDA HR-V listings sold at auction for a median of $6,700, spanning $4,050 to $10,000. At $5,000 this one went 25% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage title mean for this HONDA HR-V?

Accepted Answer

This 2023 HONDA HR-V was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this HONDA HR-V from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in KY - LEXINGTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 500 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $425-$600, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 13,889 miles high for a 2023 HONDA HR-V?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 HONDA HR-V listings at auction averaged 39,065 miles across 1929 sales, so at 13,889 miles this one sits 64% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2023 HONDA HR-V come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
