Question 1

What do front end 2024 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 3109 recorded sales of the 2024 HONDA CIVIC with front end damage, the median was $6,800, from $3,850 to $9,400. That is 7% below the $7,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2024 HONDA CIVIC. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

This HONDA CIVIC has front end and minor dent/scratches damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Is 15,694 miles high for a 2024 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2024 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 25,837 miles across 6431 sales, so at 15,694 miles this one sits 39% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Where was this HONDA CIVIC located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at COPART in ON - OTTAWA. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 19XFL1H87RE400112?

Accepted Answer

19XFL1H87RE400112 identifies this specific 2024 HONDA CIVIC in black with a 1.5l 4 engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
