Question 1

What do water/flood 2026 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 16 recorded sales of the 2026 HONDA CIVIC with water/flood damage, the median was $10,700, from $6,200 to $13,800. That is 22% above the $8,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,400 a good price for this 2026 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

2235 comparable 2026 HONDA CIVIC listings sold at auction for a median of $8,800, spanning $4,750 to $12,600. At $8,400 this one went 5% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This HONDA CIVIC sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a salvage title mean for this HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

This 2026 HONDA CIVIC was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 5

How far is this HONDA CIVIC from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in VA - HAMPTON. The nearest major vehicle export port is Norfolk, roughly 120 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Is 7,480 miles high for a 2026 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2026 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 6,613 miles across 2235 sales, so at 7,480 miles this one sits 13% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
