Question 1

What do rear 2026 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 90 recorded sales of the 2026 HONDA CIVIC with rear damage, the median was $9,000, from $6,100 to $12,700. That is 3% above the $8,713 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,700 a good price for this 2026 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

2120 comparable 2026 HONDA CIVIC listings sold at auction for a median of $8,713, spanning $4,700 to $12,500. At $8,700 this one went exactly at that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

This 2026 HONDA CIVIC was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this HONDA CIVIC from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in NY - SCHENECTADY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 160 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2026 HONDA CIVIC. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 6,977 miles high for a 2026 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2026 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 6,468 miles across 2120 sales, so at 6,977 miles this one sits 8% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
