Question 1

What do rear 2025 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 293 recorded sales of the 2025 HONDA CIVIC with rear damage, the median was $9,000, from $5,400 to $12,600. That is 11% above the $8,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $8,700 a good price for this 2025 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

6323 comparable 2025 HONDA CIVIC listings sold at auction for a median of $8,100, spanning $4,400 to $11,950. At $8,700 this one went 7% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this HONDA CIVIC from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - PERRIS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "ENGINE STARTS" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENGINE STARTS is the auction's own condition note for this 2025 HONDA CIVIC. It is a short status flag applied by the auction, not the result of a mechanical inspection. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 5,165 miles high for a 2025 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2025 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 14,217 miles across 6323 sales, so at 5,165 miles this one sits 64% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2025 HONDA CIVIC come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
