Question 1

What do left front 2024 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 150 recorded sales of the 2024 HONDA CIVIC with left front damage, the median was $7,575, from $4,150 to $10,250. That is 4% above the $7,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,800 a good price for this 2024 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

6597 comparable 2024 HONDA CIVIC listings sold at auction for a median of $7,300, spanning $4,075 to $10,400. At $7,800 this one went 7% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this HONDA CIVIC from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in WI - SUSSEX. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 850 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $550-$800, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 64,045 miles high for a 2024 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2024 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 26,205 miles across 6597 sales, so at 64,045 miles this one sits 144% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2024 HONDA CIVIC. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Who sold this 2024 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
