Question 1

What do front end 2021 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 2104 recorded sales of the 2021 HONDA CIVIC with front end damage, the median was $5,200, from $3,450 to $7,700. That is 5% below the $5,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,775 a good price for this 2021 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

4526 comparable 2021 HONDA CIVIC listings sold at auction for a median of $5,500, spanning $3,500 to $8,200. At $7,775 this one went 41% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This HONDA CIVIC sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a clear mean for this HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 HONDA CIVIC was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 5

Is 40,222 miles high for a 2021 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 66,282 miles across 4526 sales, so at 40,222 miles this one sits 39% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 HONDA CIVIC. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
