Question 1

What do top/roof 2020 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 22 recorded sales of the 2020 HONDA CIVIC with top/roof damage, the median was $4,950, from $3,400 to $7,300. That is 1% below the $5,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage title mean for this HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 HONDA CIVIC was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

How far is this HONDA CIVIC from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in GA - GAINESVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 250 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $300-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 HONDA CIVIC. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 33,990 miles high for a 2020 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 72,976 miles across 7059 sales, so at 33,990 miles this one sits 53% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 2HGFC2F87LH551974?

Accepted Answer

2HGFC2F87LH551974 identifies this specific 2020 HONDA CIVIC in silver with a 2.0l 4 engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
