Question 1

What do left side 2019 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 286 recorded sales of the 2019 HONDA CIVIC with left side damage, the median was $4,850, from $3,250 to $7,000. That is 7% above the $4,550 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,100 a good price for this 2019 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

7489 comparable 2019 HONDA CIVIC listings sold at auction for a median of $4,550, spanning $3,250 to $6,900. At $5,100 this one went 12% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this HONDA CIVIC from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in CA - JURUPA VALLEY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Long Beach, roughly 200 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $250-$350, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 81,834 miles high for a 2019 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 82,982 miles across 7489 sales, so at 81,834 miles this one sits 1% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 HONDA CIVIC. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Did this 2019 HONDA CIVIC come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with left side damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
