Question 1

What does a qc-v.g.a-quebec mean for this HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 HONDA CIVIC was sold on a qc-v.g.a-quebec. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 2

This HONDA CIVIC has front and right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 3

Is 87,176 miles high for a 2018 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 94,090 miles across 7599 sales, so at 87,176 miles this one sits 7% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Where was this HONDA CIVIC located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in QUEBEC - OTTAWA. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 5

Did this 2018 HONDA CIVIC come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN SHHFK7H22JU305648?

Accepted Answer

SHHFK7H22JU305648 identifies this specific 2018 HONDA CIVIC in black with a 1.5l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 174hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
