Question 1

What do rear 2018 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 325 recorded sales of the 2018 HONDA CIVIC with rear damage, the median was $4,600, from $3,350 to $6,500. That is 8% above the $4,275 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage mean for this HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 HONDA CIVIC was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

Who sold this 2018 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 4

Did this 2018 HONDA CIVIC come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

Can I buy this 2018 HONDA CIVIC from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 HONDA CIVIC was listed at IAAI as lot 45960911 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 2HGFC2F59JH512077?

Accepted Answer

2HGFC2F59JH512077 identifies this specific 2018 HONDA CIVIC with a 2.0l i-4 dohc, vvt, 158hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.
