Question 1

What do front end 2018 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 3787 recorded sales of the 2018 HONDA CIVIC with front end damage, the median was $4,150, from $3,200 to $6,000. That is 3% below the $4,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,500 a good price for this 2018 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

8034 comparable 2018 HONDA CIVIC listings sold at auction for a median of $4,300, spanning $3,200 to $6,400. At $4,500 this one went 5% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this HONDA CIVIC sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2018 HONDA CIVIC's pre-damage retail value at $10,685. It sold for $4,500 — 58% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This HONDA CIVIC has front end and side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

Is 104,788 miles high for a 2018 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 94,757 miles across 8034 sales, so at 104,788 miles this one sits 11% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2018 HONDA CIVIC. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.
