Question 1

What do front & rear 2017 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 156 recorded sales of the 2017 HONDA CIVIC with front & rear damage, the median was $4,000, from $3,100 to $5,400. That is 2% below the $4,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage mean for this HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 HONDA CIVIC was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

How far is this HONDA CIVIC from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in ID - SCHENECTADY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Tacoma, roughly 500 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $425-$600, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 187,797 miles high for a 2017 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 104,946 miles across 7967 sales, so at 187,797 miles this one sits 79% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Did this 2017 HONDA CIVIC come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front & rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2017 HONDA CIVIC from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2017 HONDA CIVIC was listed at IAAI as lot 44491529 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
