Question 1

What do left side 2017 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 301 recorded sales of the 2017 HONDA CIVIC with left side damage, the median was $4,200, from $3,200 to $5,950. That is 2% above the $4,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,050 a good price for this 2017 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

7943 comparable 2017 HONDA CIVIC listings sold at auction for a median of $4,100, spanning $3,200 to $5,975. At $3,050 this one went 26% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This HONDA CIVIC sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a bill of sale mean for this HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 HONDA CIVIC was sold on a bill of sale. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 5

This HONDA CIVIC has left side and right rear damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 999,999 miles high for a 2017 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 104,982 miles across 7943 sales, so at 999,999 miles this one sits 853% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
