Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2018 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 40 recorded sales of the 2018 HONDA CIVIC with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $4,813, from $3,300 to $8,600. That is 12% above the $4,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this HONDA CIVIC from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in IL - EAST DUNDEE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

Is 143,880 miles high for a 2018 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 94,128 miles across 7665 sales, so at 143,880 miles this one sits 53% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Did this 2018 HONDA CIVIC come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with normal wear & tear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN SHHFK7H59JU212734?

Accepted Answer

For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2018 HONDA CIVIC from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 HONDA CIVIC was listed at IAAI as lot 45459123 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
