Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2017 HONDA CIVIC models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 55 recorded sales of the 2017 HONDA CIVIC with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $4,800, from $3,150 to $8,000. That is 17% above the $4,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,525 a good price for this 2017 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

7822 comparable 2017 HONDA CIVIC listings sold at auction for a median of $4,100, spanning $3,200 to $6,000. At $6,525 this one went 59% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This HONDA CIVIC sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

What does a repossession paperwork-ga mean for this HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 HONDA CIVIC was sold on a repossession paperwork-ga. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 5

How far is this HONDA CIVIC from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in GA - ACWORTH. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 250 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $300-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 6

Who sold this 2017 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was SELECT REMARKETING GROUP. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
