Question 1

What does a on-salvage-ontario mean for this HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 HONDA CIVIC was sold on a on-salvage-ontario. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 2

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 HONDA CIVIC. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 3

This HONDA CIVIC has front and left side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 4

Is 68,831 miles high for a 2019 HONDA CIVIC?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 HONDA CIVIC listings at auction averaged 83,394 miles across 7781 sales, so at 68,831 miles this one sits 17% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Did this 2019 HONDA CIVIC come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 2HGFC2F85KH018990?

Accepted Answer

2HGFC2F85KH018990 identifies this specific 2019 HONDA CIVIC in black with a 2.0l i4 fi dohc 16v nf4 engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only.
