Question 1

This HONDA ACCORD sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 2

What does a on-irreparable-ontario mean for this HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 HONDA ACCORD was sold on a on-irreparable-ontario. The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 3

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 HONDA ACCORD. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 161,822 miles high for a 2019 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 HONDA ACCORD listings at auction averaged 92,943 miles across 6064 sales, so at 161,822 miles this one sits 74% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Where was this HONDA ACCORD located?

Accepted Answer

The lot was held at IAAI in ONTARIO - OSHAWA. Location sets the inland transport cost to a port or a repair shop, and state title rules differ, so two otherwise identical cars can be worth noticeably different amounts.

Question 6

What can I find out from VIN 1HGCV2F37KA802359?

Accepted Answer

1HGCV2F37KA802359 identifies this specific 2019 HONDA ACCORD in grey with a 2.0l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 252hp engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only.
