Question 1

What do front end 2018 HONDA ACCORD models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 3517 recorded sales of the 2018 HONDA ACCORD with front end damage, the median was $4,850, from $3,400 to $7,100. That is 7% below the $5,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,000 a good price for this 2018 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

8694 comparable 2018 HONDA ACCORD listings sold at auction for a median of $5,200, spanning $3,500 to $7,700. At $6,000 this one went 15% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this HONDA ACCORD from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in LA - SCOTT. The nearest major vehicle export port is New Orleans, roughly 130 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 136,770 miles high for a 2018 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2018 HONDA ACCORD listings at auction averaged 104,829 miles across 8694 sales, so at 136,770 miles this one sits 30% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

Who sold this 2018 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Did this 2018 HONDA ACCORD come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
