Question 1

What do rear 2026 HONDA ACCORD models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 15 recorded sales of the 2026 HONDA ACCORD with rear damage, the median was $9,600, from $5,900 to $15,750. That is 14% below the $11,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,200 a good price for this 2026 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

243 comparable 2026 HONDA ACCORD listings sold at auction for a median of $11,200, spanning $6,300 to $16,800. At $9,200 this one went 18% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How far is this HONDA ACCORD from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in LA - SCOTT. The nearest major vehicle export port is New Orleans, roughly 130 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

Is 10,300 miles high for a 2026 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2026 HONDA ACCORD listings at auction averaged 3,723 miles across 243 sales, so at 10,300 miles this one sits 177% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2026 HONDA ACCORD. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Who sold this 2026 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was PROGRESSIVE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.
