Question 1

What do front end 2023 HONDA ACCORD models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 1486 recorded sales of the 2023 HONDA ACCORD with front end damage, the median was $7,300, from $4,150 to $11,150. That is 11% below the $8,200 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

How far is this HONDA ACCORD from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in IL - CAHOKIA HEIGHTS. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2023 HONDA ACCORD. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 55,398 miles high for a 2023 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2023 HONDA ACCORD listings at auction averaged 41,082 miles across 3414 sales, so at 55,398 miles this one sits 35% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 1HGCY2F57PA009515?

Accepted Answer

1HGCY2F57PA009515 identifies this specific 2023 HONDA ACCORD in black with a 2.0l 4 engine, front wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Did this 2023 HONDA ACCORD come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
