Question 1

What do water/flood 2016 HONDA ACCORD models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 24 recorded sales of the 2016 HONDA ACCORD with water/flood damage, the median was $3,700, from $3,150 to $4,500. That is 5% below the $3,900 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,350 a good price for this 2016 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

4242 comparable 2016 HONDA ACCORD listings sold at auction for a median of $3,900, spanning $3,100 to $5,700. At $3,350 this one went 14% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

This HONDA ACCORD sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 4

How far is this HONDA ACCORD from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in TN - MADISONVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 400 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $350-$475, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

What does "ENHANCED" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

ENHANCED is the auction's own condition note for this 2016 HONDA ACCORD. It marks a lot the auction has given extra listing prominence, not a statement about condition. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 131,916 miles high for a 2016 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2016 HONDA ACCORD listings at auction averaged 114,214 miles across 4242 sales, so at 131,916 miles this one sits 15% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
