Question 1

What do front end 2017 HONDA ACCORD models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 3498 recorded sales of the 2017 HONDA ACCORD with front end damage, the median was $4,000, from $3,150 to $5,800. That is 2% below the $4,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $5,500 a good price for this 2017 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

7024 comparable 2017 HONDA ACCORD listings sold at auction for a median of $4,100, spanning $3,150 to $6,200. At $5,500 this one went 34% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 HONDA ACCORD was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

This HONDA ACCORD has front end and left & right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2017 HONDA ACCORD. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 68,757 miles high for a 2017 HONDA ACCORD?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 HONDA ACCORD listings at auction averaged 108,482 miles across 7024 sales, so at 68,757 miles this one sits 37% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
