Question 1

What do front end 2020 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 612 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD RANGER with front end damage, the median was $6,550, from $3,950 to $9,200. That is 3% below the $6,725 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,950 a good price for this 2020 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

1263 comparable 2020 FORD RANGER listings sold at auction for a median of $6,725, spanning $3,950 to $10,400. At $3,950 this one went 41% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD RANGER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this FORD RANGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in IL - CASEYVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 700 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $450-$675, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Is 49,485 miles high for a 2020 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 79,037 miles across 1263 sales, so at 49,485 miles this one sits 37% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This FORD RANGER has front end and left & right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
