What do rear end 2022 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Across 61 recorded sales of the 2022 FORD RANGER with rear end damage, the median was $8,800, from $4,500 to $14,000. That is 10% above the $8,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $14,400 a good price for this 2022 FORD RANGER?

641 comparable 2022 FORD RANGER listings sold at auction for a median of $8,000, spanning $4,450 to $13,800. At $14,400 this one went 80% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD RANGER sell for?

The insurer put this 2022 FORD RANGER's pre-damage retail value at $35,845. It sold for $14,400 — 60% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 FORD RANGER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Is 28,066 miles high for a 2022 FORD RANGER?

Comparable 2022 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 59,964 miles across 641 sales, so at 28,066 miles this one sits 53% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

What does a salvage title mean for this FORD RANGER?

This 2022 FORD RANGER was sold on a salvage title. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.
