Question 1

What do normal wear & tear 2022 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 29 recorded sales of the 2022 FORD RANGER with normal wear & tear damage, the median was $20,450, from $5,800 to $28,250. That is 156% above the $8,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This FORD RANGER sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does "NOT RUN" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

NOT RUN is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 FORD RANGER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Is 124,307 miles high for a 2022 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 59,699 miles across 622 sales, so at 124,307 miles this one sits 108% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 1FTER1EH6NLD50495?

Accepted Answer

1FTER1EH6NLD50495 identifies this specific 2022 FORD RANGER in white with a 2.3l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, regular , 270hp engine, rear wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2022 FORD RANGER from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2022 FORD RANGER was listed at IAAI as lot 46162221 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
