What do minor dent/scratches 2021 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Across 22 recorded sales of the 2021 FORD RANGER with minor dent/scratches damage, the median was $7,900, from $3,550 to $10,800. That is 8% above the $7,300 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $7,000 a good price for this 2021 FORD RANGER?

1380 comparable 2021 FORD RANGER listings sold at auction for a median of $7,300, spanning $4,200 to $12,000. At $7,000 this one went 4% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD RANGER sell for?

The insurer put this 2021 FORD RANGER's pre-damage retail value at $20,540. It sold for $7,000 — 66% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 FORD RANGER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

What does a clean title mean for this FORD RANGER?

This 2021 FORD RANGER was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Is 90,040 miles high for a 2021 FORD RANGER?

Comparable 2021 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 66,419 miles across 1380 sales, so at 90,040 miles this one sits 36% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
