What do front end 2020 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Across 632 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD RANGER with front end damage, the median was $6,600, from $4,000 to $9,200. That is 3% below the $6,775 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Was $8,300 a good price for this 2020 FORD RANGER?

1317 comparable 2020 FORD RANGER listings sold at auction for a median of $6,775, spanning $3,950 to $10,400. At $8,300 this one went 23% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD RANGER sell for?

The insurer put this 2020 FORD RANGER's pre-damage retail value at $23,432. It sold for $8,300 — 65% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

This FORD RANGER has front end and side damage — how does that affect it?

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

What does a clean title mean for this FORD RANGER?

This 2020 FORD RANGER was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Is 83,956 miles high for a 2020 FORD RANGER?

Comparable 2020 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 79,407 miles across 1317 sales, so at 83,956 miles this one sits 6% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
