Question 1

What do front & rear 2020 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 20 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD RANGER with front & rear damage, the median was $5,438, from $3,900 to $8,325. That is 19% below the $6,738 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $6,500 a good price for this 2020 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

1270 comparable 2020 FORD RANGER listings sold at auction for a median of $6,738, spanning $3,950 to $10,400. At $6,500 this one went 4% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a clear mean for this FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD RANGER was sold on a clear. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 4

This FORD RANGER has front & rear and left & right side damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2020 FORD RANGER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

Is 105,971 miles high for a 2020 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 79,066 miles across 1270 sales, so at 105,971 miles this one sits 34% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
