Question 1

What do rear end 2020 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 93 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD RANGER with rear end damage, the median was $7,250, from $4,550 to $11,000. That is 7% above the $6,775 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,000 a good price for this 2020 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

1287 comparable 2020 FORD RANGER listings sold at auction for a median of $6,775, spanning $3,950 to $10,400. At $7,000 this one went 3% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD RANGER sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2020 FORD RANGER's pre-damage retail value at $21,256. It sold for $7,000 — 67% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

How far is this FORD RANGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at COPART in GA - LOGANVILLE. The nearest major vehicle export port is Savannah, roughly 250 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $300-$450, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

This FORD RANGER has rear end and front end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 69,182 miles high for a 2020 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 79,150 miles across 1287 sales, so at 69,182 miles this one sits 13% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
