Question 1

What do rear 2020 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 36 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD RANGER with rear damage, the median was $7,875, from $5,300 to $11,825. That is 18% above the $6,700 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage mean for this FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD RANGER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

Is 116,221 miles high for a 2020 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2020 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 78,772 miles across 1244 sales, so at 116,221 miles this one sits 48% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 4

Who sold this 2020 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was STATE FARM INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

Did this 2020 FORD RANGER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
