Question 1

What do all over 2021 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 25 recorded sales of the 2021 FORD RANGER with all over damage, the median was $5,150, from $3,500 to $8,300. That is 30% below the $7,400 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage mean for this FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2021 FORD RANGER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

How far is this FORD RANGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in MA - SHIRLEY. The nearest major vehicle export port is Newark, roughly 220 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $275-$400, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2021 FORD RANGER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 82,035 miles high for a 2021 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2021 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 65,879 miles across 1351 sales, so at 82,035 miles this one sits 25% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2021 FORD RANGER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with all over damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
