Question 1

What do unknown 2020 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 11 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD RANGER with unknown damage, the median was $8,500, from $4,000 to $11,900. That is 27% above the $6,700 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

This FORD RANGER sold without keys — does that matter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, usually. A missing key means the vehicle often cannot be started or moved under its own power at the yard, so its condition is harder to verify and buyers bid more cautiously. Replacing a modern key and reprogramming it to the immobiliser typically runs into the hundreds. It is one of the more common reasons an otherwise sound car sells below its comparables.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD RANGER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

Who sold this 2020 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was FARMERS INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

What can I find out from VIN 1FTER4EHXLLA30031?

Accepted Answer

1FTER4EHXLLA30031 identifies this specific 2020 FORD RANGER with a 2.3l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, regular , 270hp engine. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 6

Can I buy this 2020 FORD RANGER from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2020 FORD RANGER was listed at IAAI as lot 46224631 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
