Question 1

What do front end 2019 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 831 recorded sales of the 2019 FORD RANGER with front end damage, the median was $6,600, from $3,950 to $9,500. That is 6% below the $7,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $10,825 a good price for this 2019 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

1750 comparable 2019 FORD RANGER listings sold at auction for a median of $7,000, spanning $4,050 to $10,400. At $10,825 this one went 55% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage mean for this FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 FORD RANGER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

Is 61,873 miles high for a 2019 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 82,131 miles across 1750 sales, so at 61,873 miles this one sits 25% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 5

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 FORD RANGER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 6

How far is this FORD RANGER from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in OH - NEW PHILADELPHIA. The nearest major vehicle export port is Baltimore, roughly 430 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $375-$525, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.
