Question 1

What do front end 2019 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 822 recorded sales of the 2019 FORD RANGER with front end damage, the median was $6,600, from $3,950 to $9,500. That is 6% below the $7,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

What does a salvage mean for this FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 FORD RANGER was sold on a salvage. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 3

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2019 FORD RANGER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 4

Who sold this 2019 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was ASSURANCE AMERICA INSURANCE COMPANY. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 5

Is 81,377 miles high for a 2019 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 82,070 miles across 1738 sales, so at 81,377 miles this one sits 1% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

Did this 2019 FORD RANGER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with front end damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
