Question 1

What do rear 2022 FORD RANGER models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 21 recorded sales of the 2022 FORD RANGER with rear damage, the median was $9,200, from $5,200 to $14,100. That is 15% above the $8,000 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $3,125 a good price for this 2022 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

638 comparable 2022 FORD RANGER listings sold at auction for a median of $8,000, spanning $4,450 to $13,850. At $3,125 this one went 61% below that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage-british columbia mean for this FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2022 FORD RANGER was sold on a salvage-british columbia. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

What does "RUN AND DRIVES" mean on this listing?

Accepted Answer

RUN AND DRIVES is the auction's own condition note for this 2022 FORD RANGER. It means the vehicle started and moved under its own power during a brief check at the yard. It is not a mechanical inspection and says nothing about how far it would drive. Anything beyond that has to come from the photos and a physical inspection.

Question 5

Is 133,508 miles high for a 2022 FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2022 FORD RANGER listings at auction averaged 59,958 miles across 638 sales, so at 133,508 miles this one sits 123% above that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.

Question 6

This FORD RANGER has rear and front damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.
