Question 1

What does a salvage-british columbia mean for this FORD RANGER?

Accepted Answer

This 2018 FORD RANGER was sold on a salvage-british columbia. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 2

This FORD RANGER has right front and possible mech. damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 3

Did this 2018 FORD RANGER come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with right front damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.

Question 4

What can I find out from VIN WAUENCF51JA005891?

Accepted Answer

WAUENCF51JA005891 identifies this specific 2018 FORD RANGER in white with a 2.0l i-4 di, dohc, vvt, turbo, 252hp engine, all wheel drive. This page covers its auction history only. For ownership, servicing and reported accidents, run the VIN through Carfax, AutoCheck or NMVTIS — those records are separate from ours and we cannot change them.

Question 5

Can I buy this 2018 FORD RANGER from AutoBidCar?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoBidCar is an archive of past auction listings, not a seller — we have never owned this vehicle. This 2018 FORD RANGER was listed at IAAI as lot 40089757 and any sale happened there. We publish the record so buyers can research what comparable vehicles actually sold for.
