Question 1

What do front end 2017 FORD MUSTANG models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 14 recorded sales of the 2017 FORD MUSTANG with front end damage, the median was $5,275, from $4,475 to $7,300. That is 4% below the $5,500 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $7,050 a good price for this 2017 FORD MUSTANG?

Accepted Answer

2434 comparable 2017 FORD MUSTANG listings sold at auction for a median of $5,500, spanning $3,550 to $10,200. At $7,050 this one went 28% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD MUSTANG sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2017 FORD MUSTANG's pre-damage retail value at $20,750. It sold for $7,050 — 66% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

What does a bill of sale (washington) mean for this FORD MUSTANG?

Accepted Answer

This 2017 FORD MUSTANG was sold on a bill of sale (washington). The title type is the auction's own classification and determines what can legally be done with the vehicle afterwards.

Question 5

This FORD MUSTANG has front end and damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 6

Is 67,067 miles high for a 2017 FORD MUSTANG?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2017 FORD MUSTANG listings at auction averaged 95,927 miles across 2434 sales, so at 67,067 miles this one sits 30% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
