Question 1

What do rear 2020 FORD MUSTANG models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 64 recorded sales of the 2020 FORD MUSTANG with rear damage, the median was $7,100, from $5,025 to $13,400. That is 4% above the $6,800 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $9,175 a good price for this 2020 FORD MUSTANG?

Accepted Answer

2165 comparable 2020 FORD MUSTANG listings sold at auction for a median of $6,800, spanning $3,850 to $14,100. At $9,175 this one went 35% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

What does a salvage-va mean for this FORD MUSTANG?

Accepted Answer

This 2020 FORD MUSTANG was sold on a salvage-va. A salvage title means an insurer declared the vehicle a total loss. Repairing it and passing a state inspection can convert it to a rebuilt title, which stays on the record permanently and affects resale value.

Question 4

How far is this FORD MUSTANG from an export port?

Accepted Answer

The lot sat at IAAI in VA - YORKTOWN. The nearest major vehicle export port is Norfolk, roughly 120 miles away. Moving a car that distance on an open carrier typically runs $200-$300, which is a real part of the landed cost and one reason identical cars fetch different bids depending on where they sit. Rates are indicative market figures rather than quotes, and rise with fuel prices and in winter.

Question 5

Who sold this 2020 FORD MUSTANG?

Accepted Answer

The listing seller was STATE FARM INSURANCE. Seller type is a useful signal: insurers typically consign total-loss vehicles, rental and fleet operators consign on a cycle regardless of damage, and dealers consign trade-ins they do not want to retail. Each implies a different history behind the same damage label.

Question 6

Did this 2020 FORD MUSTANG come with keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this lot was listed with keys present, which usually means the vehicle could at least be started or moved at the yard. Combined with rear damage, that tells you more about its condition than the damage label alone.
