Question 1

What do side 2019 FORD FUSION models sell for?

Accepted Answer

Across 268 recorded sales of the 2019 FORD FUSION with side damage, the median was $4,100, from $3,150 to $6,300. That is level with the $4,100 median for the model across every damage type, over the last 36 months. Estimates from past sales, not a valuation.

Question 2

Was $4,750 a good price for this 2019 FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

2452 comparable 2019 FORD FUSION listings sold at auction for a median of $4,100, spanning $3,125 to $6,600. At $4,750 this one went 16% above that median. Auction prices reflect as-is condition, so the gap usually comes down to damage severity, mileage and whether the car runs.

Question 3

How much below its undamaged value did this FORD FUSION sell for?

Accepted Answer

The insurer put this 2019 FORD FUSION's pre-damage retail value at $15,728. It sold for $4,750 — 70% below that. A gap this size is normal for auction vehicles: the buyer takes on the repair cost, the paperwork and the risk that damage is worse than the photos show.

Question 4

This FORD FUSION has side and rear end damage — how does that affect it?

Accepted Answer

Damage recorded in two areas usually points to a heavier impact than either label suggests on its own, and it raises the odds of structural damage behind the panels. The auction records the primary and secondary areas only; it does not assess the frame. Photographs and, where available, a physical inspection are the only way to judge how far it goes.

Question 5

What does a clean title mean for this FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

This 2019 FORD FUSION was sold on a clean title. A clean title means no total-loss brand was recorded at the point of sale, which is unusual at salvage auctions and typically lifts the price.

Question 6

Is 72,500 miles high for a 2019 FORD FUSION?

Accepted Answer

Comparable 2019 FORD FUSION listings at auction averaged 84,356 miles across 2452 sales, so at 72,500 miles this one sits 14% below that. At salvage auctions mileage moves the price far less than damage does — a low-mileage car with structural damage will still sell under a higher-mileage clean one.
